The process

Apply
Fill the application with your background, expertise and links. It takes about 10 minutes.

Review
We read every application and reply by email, usually within 7 days.

Interview
If shortlisted, you get an invite with a time in IST and your time zone. Accept or ask for another time in one click.
- 04
Onboard
Approved experts get a short onboarding note and agree their first contribution with Ashish.
Questions
- Who can apply?
- Working engineers, researchers, teachers and strong builders. A degree is not required if your projects show the skill.
- How much time does it take?
- You choose. Many experts start with 2–4 hours a week, such as reviewing one lesson.
- Do I need to upload files?
- No. Share links only: LinkedIn, GitHub, a portfolio or sample work.
- What happens to my data?
